Product Description
KOSEN 3PC Forged Steel Floating Ball Valves is a quarter-turn valve that uses a hollow, perforated, and rotating ball called a "float ball" to control the flow through it. It is open when the hole of the ball is in line with the flow, and it is closed when it is rotated 90 degrees through the valve handle. The handle is flush with the flow direction when it is open and perpendicular to the handle when closed, making it easy to visually confirm the condition of the valve. The ball valve is durable and performs well after repeated cycles and is reliable, even when not in use for a long time. These characteristics make them an excellent choice for shutting down applications, which are usually better than gate valves and globe valves.
