Elevator Integrated Controller for parallel
1、The dual microcontrollers based on ARM7 structure have been replaced by the new cores which based on ARM Cortex structure. This improvement doubles the calculation speed and the real-time-signal processing speed.
2、The brand new cores have larger flash memories, more peripheral equipment interfaces and an additional SPI bus between them. The key signals are transmitted by both the I/O ports and the SPI communications. This makes the system highly anti-interferential, meanwhile, more reliable and safe.
3、The given speed instructions have been upgraded from 10-bits precision to 12-bits. The riding experience of the elevator passengers will be well enhanced by the smoothness of the velocity curve.
4、The IPM module has been upgraded from the 3rd generation to the 4th generation which has lower power consumption, smaller noise and higher reliability.
5、The harmonic filter algorithm has been added on BL6 system in order to achieve better closed-loop control performance and restrain electric interference with higher efficiency.
6、Under the same power level, BL6 integrated controller has a much smaller shape and size comparing to BL3. BL6 is more suitable for the none-machine-room elevator which uses ultrathin control cabinet.
7、BL6 is totally compatible with the BL3 system not only on the terminal definitions and the parameter settings but also the tuning procedures and the debugging tools. It is cost free for upgrading BL3 to BL6.

2、Elevator balance coefficient self-testing function, save your time and strength for carrying counterweight, BL6 can calculate the balance coefficient automatically after a non-load movement and a fixed-load movement, which is more convenient and effective.
3、Elevator traction rope slippage self-testing function, with which BL6 can detect the rope slippage during normal running and report it in millimeters. It can help the maintenance man onsite to discover the rope slipping in time and guarantee the landing accuracy of the lift car.
4、Bluetooth debugging function, you can do tuning work on your Android or IOS mobile phone through the Bluetooth wireless module, the English version apps are much more user-friendly and efficient.
5、System error self-analysis and signal self-examination function, BL6 can give advice automatically on examination and repair，it is more efficient and convenient.
6、Guide rail friction self-detection function, BL6 can transfer the friction force into torque to indicate the mechanical efficiency of the guide rail system, it is more accurate to scale the quality of the mechanical condition, it is helpful for enhancing both the riding performance and the system safety.
7、Ambient temperature and input voltage auto-adaption, this function will ignore the over-heat fault and the under-voltage fault temporarily and stop at landing zone, it will avoid trapping passengers inside the car while OH or UV fault occurs.
