Application Scope



◎Medium: plaster pulp, pulp of aluminum oxide, etc.



◎Concentration: <40%



◎Temperature: <120℃



◎Pressure: <1.5 MPa



◎Linear velocity: <10 m/s











Structure feature



◎The structure is a single face cartridge mechanical seal with internal thread on the shaft sleeve and connecting the shaft and the shaft sleeve by the thread.



◎The structure adopts the unique form of diaphragm rubber spring, which has strong anti blocking ability. The friction pair is TC to TC, with excellent wear resistance and corrosion resistance.



◎The mechanical seal has a short axial dimension, which enhances the rigidity of the pump shaft.












Instruction



◎During installation, the inner hole of shaft sleeve and O-ring shall be coated with lubricating oil to facilitate installation.



◎The sealing cavity and rear guard plate shall be as open as possible, and the sealing face shall be as close to the impeller as possible, so as to avoid slurry deposition around the sealing face leading to mechanical seal failure.



◎After confirming that the mechanical seal is installed correctly, remove the hexagon socket head screw 1 and positioning block 2 before starting the machine



◎External washing water can be supplied by ordinary tap water. The pressure should be controlled below 0.05MPa. This function is to cool down and take away the possible excrement.
