BATTERY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (BMS) The integral BMS was designed and developed in-house, assuring a fully optimized solution for demanding material handling applications. The BMS software ensures the battery provides peak performance at all times when in operation (even at low charge levels), delivers longer run times between charges, and maximizes the total battery lifespan. LiFePo4 Battery Features

1) Compared with lead acid, nickel-cadmium and other large batteries, lithium-ion batteries do not contain cadmium, lead, mercury and other elements that may pollute the environment. When charging, it will not produce "hydrogen evolution" phenomenon similar to lead-acid battery, will not corrode wire terminal and battery box, environmental protection and reliability. The life of lithium iron phosphate battery is 5~10 years, no memory effect, no frequent replacement

2) The same charging and discharging port, the same Anderson plug solves the major safety problem that the forklift can operate when charging caused by the different charging port mode

3) Lithium ion battery pack has intelligent lithium battery management and protection circuit -BMS, which can effectively cut off the main circuit for low battery power, short circuit, overcharge, high temperature and other faults, and can alarm the sound (buzzer) light (display), traditional lead-acid battery does not have the above functions;

4) Triple security protection. We use between the battery, battery internal total output, total bus output three places to install intelligent monitoring and protection devices, can real-time monitoring and special conditions of the battery to cut off protection.

5) Lithium ion battery can be used as one of many materials and equipment, integrated into the broad Internet of system, timely inform whether the battery needs maintenance or replacement, and automatically summarize the time of entering the factory, charge and discharge times, etc.

6) For special industries, such as airports, large storage and logistics centers, lithium ion batteries can be charged in "fast charging mode", that is, in the lunch break of 1-2 hours, the battery power will be filled to maintain the full load of the vehicle, uninterrupted work;

7) Maintenance-free, automatic charging. Since the packing of lithium ion battery, there is no need to carry out any special water infusion, regular discharge and other work, its unique constant time active equalization technology greatly reduces the workload of field personnel and saves huge labor costs;

8) Lithium-ion batteries are only a quarter the weight and a third the size of equivalent lead-acid batteries. As a result, the mileage of vehicles can be run under the same amount of electricity increased by more than 20%;

9) Lithium-ion battery charging efficiency is up to 97% (lead-acid battery efficiency is only 80%), no memory. Take 500AH battery pack as an example, save thousands charging cost compared with lead acid battery every year

Capacity & Cycle Life One of the most important benefits of Combine’s choice of lithium is the dramatic increase in energy density over current lead-acid battery solutions. Combine uses Lithium-Iron-Phosphate (LiFePO4) which has a specific energy of ~110 watt-hours per kilogram, compared to lead-acids ~40 watt-hours per kilogram. What does this mean? Our batteries can be ~1/3 the weight for similar amp-hour ratings. Speed & Efficiency Combine’s lithium batteries are fast. They can be fast charged completely and can handle ultra-fast charging up to 1C (a full charge in 1hour). Lead-acid can only be fast-charged up to 80% after which charging current drops dramatically.
